Welcome to IVS App Support and thank you for purchasing one or more of our Apps. We work very hard creating and testing our apps throughly to ensure a great user experience. This page was designed to help you if you are experience a problem with any of our apps.



We are in the process of updating our apps for iOS 5. 

**If you are experience a problem with one of our apps, please do not write a negative review, but instead email us so we can better assist you.  Please include the app you are having a problem with, the device it is on, the iOS version and the problem you are having.  This information will allow us to better assist you.

 

If you are experiencing one of our apps crashing, please read below:

If this is happening to you, please don't write a negative review, but send an email with a "Crash Report" along with the device type you installed it on and the iOS version.  A "Crash Report" is a small file located on your computer.  Sending us a crash report will help us to determine what is causing the crash and help us to fix it quickly!  Thank you in advance for your help and patience.

**Sending a crash report is very easy and it can make a big difference in repsolving any promblems you may be having.


*Important:
Just send us the crash report for the IVS app that is crashing.
